The Catholic Diocese of Sandhurst this week commenced preliminary construction work at Sandhurst Crest.
The masterplan comprises three stages, with a total of 80 unique lots ranging from 407m² up to a generous 968m².
The first stage will see us make a nature reserve, and that will be protected by a trust for nature covenant; and then we’ll proceed with Stage One of the subdivision, which will comprise 29 premium lots to be offered to the public.
We intend to launch a Registration of Interest Campaign to the market for Stage One on Friday, 2 September 2016.
